Strays and shelter Dogs are a seperate issue as cutting edge technologies may not be readily available in certain regions. We should definetlely vote for politicans that are progressive in spay neuter laws in order to reallocate funds to this cause at a fraction of the cost of surgeries resulting in a more positive outcome for all.Responsible Dog gaurdians learn to properly train their dogs and curve their behaviour through education, not surgically removing body parts unneccessarily and betraying all of the love and trust that your Dog has in you.
